Metal Building Outfitters is rapidly expanding in a multi-billion dollar industry and seeking dedicated Prospect Engagement & Purchase Specialists to play a key role in our growth and assist in the purchase process. As one of the fastest-growing providers of metal buildings in the nation, we offer a wide range of structures including barns, shops, carports, warehouses, sheds, and even Barndominiums.
Strong Must-Haves:
- Construction Experience: Work experience in the construction industry, demonstrating a strong knowledge of construction processes and expertise.
- Work Discipline: Exceptional ability to maintain self-discipline while working from home, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Intrapersonal Skills: Highly personable with excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, fostering positive relationships with clients and team members.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to leads generated from various platforms such as Facebook, Google, streaming services, and direct calls.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales processes efficiently.
- Use 3D design software (such as Idea Room) to assist customers in visualizing their projects.
- Provide information and answer questions about building specifications and features.
- Facilitate the signing of contracts and documents through DocuSign, ensuring smooth transactions.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Disciplined self-starter capable of self-monitored full-time work hours to achieve exceptional performance goals.
- CRM experience is preferred or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Construction knowledge is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work leads continuously and communicate effectively with other team members.
- Strong self-starter with excellent self-management skills, capable of working from home and self-supervising scheduling.
- Committed to daily tasks and self-set goals, demonstrating a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Comfortable using digital tools and technology for customer build orders and customer management.
