We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team, day and night time. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for all visitors. Duties:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payment processing
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests promptly and effectively
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
Skills:
- Strong hospitality background with knowledge of hotel operations, minimum 2 years required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with hospitality management practices.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Knowledge of front desk procedures.
- Ability to perform night audit tasks accurately.
