Must be pragmatic, open minded, and able to work with others and share ideas/concepts
Need to be able to read a tape measure, including some metric measurements
Need to be able to draw 3D (by hand or CAD) various types of tables, shelves, flow racks, carts and etc
Need to be able to use all fabrication equipment, metal break, shear, chop saw, drill press, MIG welder, Plasma cutter, Torch and etc.
Need ability to fabricate tables, chutes, brackets, carts, flow racks, shelves and etc squarely and level.
Need to have experience with hand tools of various types related to fabrication and repair work.
Need communication skills verbal and written.
Need to be able to source and prepare purchase requisitions for material used on projects and maintain inventory of steel and other material commonly used.(this material includes grinding wheels, plasma/torch/weld tips and other consumable parts)
Must have minimum and basic electrical knowledge on 120V circuitry and wiring receptacles, switches and etc.
Must have own hand tools such as hammers, pliers ply bars, vice grips, square, files, side cutters, wire strippers/crimpers and etc.
Must keep working area clean and safe
