About Us
Zeppity Partners is an outsourced marketing company founded in Landover, MD. We amplify brands and user interactions through captivating marketing. Over the years, we've worked with some of the world's biggest companies. We believe storytelling separates professionals from amateurs, and we're looking for a fundraising coordinator who shares this mentality. Our DC Team is seeking a specialist to work with our non-profit clients, running fundraising events while managing a team of 5-10 people.
Internal Training
Our top-tier internal training ensures every team member is set up for success. It includes real-life problems, challenges, and scenarios that employees face daily. Each team member is paired with a mentor who has achieved high levels of success in their role, providing invaluable guidance.
Responsibilities
- Complete 2-4 weeks of paid training provided by the firm.
- Organize non-profit fundraising events on behalf of our clients.
- Execute successful charitable fundraising events.
- Progress into a leadership position within the company.
- Train and oversee a team of 5-10 team members.
- Manage client relations.
- Public speaking.
- Social media content creation.
- Orchestrate corporate networking events.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing/Advertising/BA.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Leadership experience in a professional environment.
- Professional experience working with NPOs.
- Experience in Marketing/Advertising/Sales.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Availability to start as soon as possible.
This position is not remote.
This is an in-person role, based out of our Landover, MD location.
