*This position requires heavy travel between our locations: Fort Washington, PA, Warminster, PA and Harbeson, DE.*

Purpose of the Position
Provide clinical direction for the Neuropsychological needs of the resident population of Delaware Valley Residential Care within the applicable standards of care and scope of practice. Oversee Therapeutic Department.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
The potential employee must be able to perform each essential function effectively to be successful in this position. In conjunction with our Psychologist:
· Conduct neuropsychological assessments for all residents upon their admission and once annually.
· Conduct annual trainings for all therapist about Mayo-Portland assessment tool.
· Complete annual analysis reports for the Mayo-Portland assessment tool.
· Present monthly reports to applicable staff.
· Conduct 1:1 meetings with therapists as needed.
· Train applicable therapy staff monthly on appropriate therapeutic topic, i.e. standards of care, best practices, etc.
· Prepare and submit appropriate clinical documentation timely.
· All other duties that arise within the scope of your typical practice.
· Abide with local, state, and federal regulatory compliance.
· Comply with internal policies, procedures, and general business conduct requirements of Delaware Valley Residential Care as ascribed in the Employee Handbook.
Typical Monthly Breakdown of Job Duties:
· Neuropsychological assessment and associated paperwork
· On-site file audit and associated paperwork
· Staff Training on Mayo-Portland
· Staff Meetings, 1:1 or Group
· General preparation and documentation
· Assist with group curriculums
· Assist with Therapeutic Trainings to further clinical services provided to participants
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
