We are a payment technology provider and are seeking Account Executives to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our valued clients, providing an excellent customer experience during and after the sales process, and driving sales growth. You will be entitled to a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and the ability to increase your base with our RESIDUAL program. Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to prospects and generate new business through proven techniques while being open to new creative strategies you want to implement.
- Understand clients' needs and business objectives to provide tailored solutions that meet their payment processing needs.
- Retain and grow your territory and client base by being a valued resource and trusted advisor on the subject matter. Turn your territory into a base for upsells and referrals.
- Maintain a clean pipeline in our CRM to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively represent the company in the market.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft suite, and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred) not required.
