Responsibilities:-
The Assistant General Manager will be in charge of managing personnel and daily activities in the absence of the General Manager.
- The role demands upholding the highest quality standards, maximizing financial returns, training and developing staff, strictly adhering to brand policies, and increasing community recognition of the services and facilities provided.
Qualifications:-
Analyze the performance of each department, report any problem areas, and make recommendations to improve profitability for hotel operations.

Manage compliance with company or brand-established policies and procedures and any local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Assist the general manager in the day-to-day operation of the hotel in maintaining all standards of guest service.

Develop and maintain superior guest experience and relationships.
