Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, oversee timesheets for payroll and conducting other ad hoc tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to produce clear financial reports.
Responsibilities
Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
Assist with tax preparation
Monitor and invoice project billing accounts
Ensure timely payments are made
Cross train with other accounting team members on all accounting functions
Ad hoc accounting tasks
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
3+ years of experience in related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience with Deltek, Paylocity, and QuickBooks is preferred
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Detail oriented
Salary range is $75,000-$95,000 DOE
