TBC Metalworks is growing our team and looking for the right person to join us. We are a rapidly growing tube and pipe bending company with an awesome small team. We do not have time for drama queens or other jackass behaviors.
Day to day operations include MIG and TIG welding, mostly carbon and stainless steel. Your tools include a Miller Dynasty 350 and Millermatic 210 along with a Sigmund weld table and other tools as needed. Also, our facility is climate controlled, a nice summertime perk! When you are not welding, you are expected be a team player and help around the facility with cutting material and learning new tasks. There is plenty of room for growth within the company. The ideal candidate is confident reading and working with drawings.
We are have a 4x10 shift that starts at 5am Monday-Thursday. We can be flexible with start times for the right candidate.
Duties/Qualifications
- Efficiently MIG and TIG welding carbon and stainless steel (some aluminum).
- Know the proper tools to use and how to set up equipment
- Cut and bend tube and pipe products as they are assigned on various tube bending and rolling machines
- Lift up to 75 lbs
- Understand basic geometry, know how to read a measuring tape, caliper and read engineering drawings.
- Be an awesome person to work with
- Show up when you are scheduled to work
