We are currently seeking a full-time Kitchen Supervisor for our newly renovated property!
Scheduled hours will vary weekly between Monday-Sunday. Evening shift, weekends, and holidays are required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train kitchen employees on job duties and daily tasks.
- Create and implement the daily specials.
- Maintain health and sanitation standards.
- Open kitchen and Close kitchen in absence of Executive Sous Chef.
- Adhere to all prepared written recipes for all menu items.
- Understand how to prepare all dishes for breakfast and dinner menus.
- Help set-up restaurant and employee cafeteria buffet.
- Supervise and assist dishwashers and pantry personnel.
- Perform the duties of the Prep List schedule.
- Assist with banquet preparation, including but not limited to food prep, sauce prep and dessert.
Requirements:

Minimum lifting and pulling of 50 pounds.

Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.

Standing for long periods of time.

Understands the overall functions and machinery in a Kitchen.

Must be flexible with schedule and adjust to business needs of the Hotel.
