Overview:
IST Management is hiring an Account Executive, Court Reporting sales professional in the Atlanta marketplace. We offer up to 5% uncapped commission on court reporting and up to 16% uncapped commission on eDiscovery processing and hosting, as well as a full suite of additional litigation support services. This is an excellent opportunity for a Court Reporting sales professional who'd like to leverage their existing connections for a greater OTE.

Compensation + Schedule
We offer full benefits as well as accrued Paid Time Off for employees. The base compensation for this role can range between $55,000.00 - $55,000.00, or more. Commissions you earn based on selling our full suite of litigation support services are up to 16% and completely uncapped.

This position begins with a paid, 2-week sales training program at IST Management’s corporate office in Atlanta, Georgia. After training, this is a remote and schedule-autonomous position, with the expectation of in person appointments with prospects and clients as needed.

Responsibilities:
You will drive revenue for new and existing business in Court Reporting sales, including:

Develops new business and expands existing business by establishing and maintaining contacts, including cold calling

Maintains a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities and achieve revenue and activity goals on a monthly and yearly basis

Has the ability to make compelling presentations to decision-makers at all levels of the organization

Participates in networking events to expand business relationships
