Provide all phases of service work pertaining to client’s records program, DOT driving duties and fill-in where needed in any area.
Essential Functions:
- Ability to schedule, route and coordinate courier runs efficiently.
- Ability to drive a truck or van to client locations and physically load, unload and deliver material by hand, pallet jack or forklift.Refile returned material in any program area as needed. Physically pull request, and place material in the proper location.
- Must understand the entire retrieval process and have the ability to input information pertaining to clients requests.
- Follow all DOT policies and testing.
- Comply with traffic regulations while in operation of motor vehicle.
- Perform records management services and special projects as requested by clients. To include, but not limited to, copying and inventory.
- Responsible for one or more of the following: Research problems pertaining to clients records; shelve new material; maintain open spaces; new employee training for forklift/stock chaser; communicate with client or supervisor on space utilization for clients; back-up for courier runs, material receipts, new and return receipts, run desk, destruction and receptionist; data entry for movie retrieval and new material.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client records.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Move outgoing and incoming freight; as well as other freight related duties.
- Be able to perform the on-call responsibilities.
- Shipping and Receiving Material.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
- Work in a safe manner, including use of equipment.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
