**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Manager in Training. This position offers the opportunity to learn and develop essential skills in restaurant management while preparing for a managerial role within our organization.
**Responsibilities:**
- Learn and apply company policies and procedures under the guidance of experienced managers
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including cash handling, inventory control, team development, and driving sales
- Develop leadership skills by supervising staff, conducting interviews, and providing training
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Support in maintaining store appearance, ensuring stock levels are adequate, and implementing merchandising strategies
**Requirements:**
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and demonstrate organizational skills
-Prior Restauarnt Experience of atleast 5 years is required, prior time in management is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company through training development opportunities
