*Responsibilities:*
* Lead by example, fostering a culture of integrity, teamwork, and innovation.
* Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales growth.
* Coach and empower the team on upselling techniques and exceptional service.
* Take ownership of all aspects of operations to ensure success and long-term growth.
* Oversee daily operations, including personnel management and financial analysis.

*Requirements:*
* Requires progressive restaurant/hospitality management experience. Minimum of 2 years prior General Manager experience required.
* Requires prior experience in full service, casual, upscale casual or fine dining in a chain brand.
* Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and achieving key performance indicators.
* Ability to mentor and coach individuals at various levels within the organization.
* Understanding of inventory management, financials, and restaurant systems.
*Preferences:*
* History of expertise in kitchen management.
