**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Coordinator to join our team. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, managing client accounts, and driving business growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about technology sales and account management.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to generate leads and promote our products/services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop/support effective strategies for business development.
- Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage accounts, and analyze sales data.
- Review documents and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and KPIs.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to coordinate account activities and resolve issues promptly.
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in technology sales or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and build strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and identify trends.
- Experience in account management and business development is a plus.
- Technical sales knowledge is advantageous.
