Job Summary:
We are seeking a warm, pleasant receptionist and client care coordinator to join our team. We are a small Med Spa (Oviedo Med Spa) operating out of a Family Practice (Family Tree Primary Care). The ideal candidate will offer a superior level of customer service to current and prospective clients and be friendly, warm and kind. We are looking for someone who can answer calls, convey information clearly and concisely, follow up on leads and is great at selling. In addition they will assist with some receptionist duties of the Family Practice side as well. They must be a team player and be willing to help out where needed. It is a bonus if employee is certified in phlebotomy.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule spa appointments efficiently using the spa's booking system
- Coordinate with spa staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service
- Provide cross-coverage as needed
- Manage client inquiries and follow up on leads via phone, email, or in-person
- Know our services and products well and be great at sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of spa supplies
- Comfortable taking photos and videos for our social platforms as well as before and after photos
- New member sign-up, member transfers & member cancellations
- Work at med spa events, as needed
- Consult with clients regarding their goals & educate them on available treatment options
- Assist providers
- Administer Semaglutide and B12 injections
- Prep for treatment(s)
- Comfortable with promoting injectables (botox/filler)
- Cleaning and disinfecting rooms before, after, & between clients,
- Assist in maintaining the neatness & cleanliness of the spa
Qualifications/Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- A passion for the aesthetics industry
- Upbeat & positive attitude!
- Punctuality & reliability is a must
- Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive & professional way with clients & co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations
- Strong listener with the ability to empathize & problem solve
- Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior & language
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Phlebotomy Certified

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
