Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Overview:
At Lightnin Production Rental, Inc., we are a leading rental company specializing in equipment for the television and motion picture industry. We are currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
Duties:
-Greet clients and make them feel comfortable, both in person and over the phone.
-Answering, screening, and transferring phone calls.
-Organizing travel for contract drivers.
-Reception
-Organizing and filing
-Maintain fleet status schedule in conjunction with other team members
An Ideal Candidate will:
-Be proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)
-Have basic math and accounting skills
-Be highly organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
Experience:
-High school diploma
-Two years of admin experience preferred
Pay is commensurate with experience.
All candidates must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
