We're seeking a dynamic real estate agent manager to pioneer a new role in our rapidly expanding brokerage, focusing on agent onboarding, retention, and optimizing system usage. Candidates must have a blend of brokerage management experience and a successful track record closing deals as an NYC real estate agent.
This evolving position needs a candidate ready to shape and adapt their role in alignment with our growth objectives. Based in our Manhattan office on 37th street, the role involves enhancing internal operations to improve agent success and retention.
Some key responsibility include:
-Reviewing and analyzing our current systems, processes and procedures
-Outlining ideas for changes and/or additions to current systems and processes
-Enhancing agent onboarding
-Overseeing Agent Support Team that handles agent questions (similar to a company help line) and enhancing their interactions with our agents
-Proactively helping rental agents break into sales
-Proactively helping sales agents close more sales
-Fair housing compliance for all agents
The ideal candidate will exhibit strong decision-making, customer focus, pragmatic problem-solving, likability, effective communication, conflict management, integrity, self-awareness, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals.
Salary range 80k-175k base on prior experience
