Sanel NAPA is seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiver to join our team in Concord, NH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sending, accepting, and recording the movement of parts, supplies, materials, equipment, and stock to and from our establishment as well as acting as a backup Shuttle Driver. Essential Functions:
- Operate a forklift safely to receive, deliver, ship, and move inventory while adhering to required procedures.
- Scan and pack auto parts neatly and accurately into totes, boxes, or cages.
- Pull or ship products to either warehouse or store, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain records and complete documents for shipping and receiving purposes.
- Report all unsafe conditions, equipment damage, and facility issues promptly.
- Complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure completion of store tasks within assigned shift.
- Maintain a safe working environment including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Follow company policies and loss prevention procedures.
- Process and verify orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure transfers from stores during route deliveries are handled appropriately and promptly.
- Maintain quality control accuracy and fill rate, aiming for a goal of 99.0%.
- Maintain facility cleanliness at the end of each day for the next morning's duties.

Education and Experience:*
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Forklift Certification within 90 days of job entry date.
- DOT Medica Card
- Proficiency with computer systems required.
- Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record required.
- Personal qualities of flexibility, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work any shift, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
- Ability to perform steady and productive work for extended periods with little supervision.
- Enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work with a commitment to Sanel NAPA's vision.
Physical Requirements:
- Wear proper personal protective equipment for each task.
- Regularly lift and/or move weights up to 40 pounds.
- Reach, handle, and manipulate objects, tools, and controls.
- Stand, walk, and climb stairs regularly.
- Bend, twist, squat, stoop, kneel, or crouch frequently.
- Communicate effectively and hear instructions frequently.
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Work both indoors and outdoors regularly in all elements.
