Job Description: CADES is currently seeking a full-time Program Manager to work in our CLA program in the Delaware County area. The Program Manager will oversee and ensure completion of all required program planning for individuals. Responsibilities for this position include:
Program Oversight:
- Actively participate in all programmatic meetings including ISP & Team Meetings, monthly Med Meetings, Behavior Management meetings & Collaborative Care meetings
- Role model effective communication & problem-solving skills
- Actively participate in the Incident Management process
- complete vehicle oversight & coordination.
- Participate in the admissions process for all referrals
- Participate in scheduled monitorings with Supports Coordinators & County entities
- In conjunction with Program Specialist, act as a liaison for Health Care Coordinator, Behavior Support Specialist, Operations Manager, Trainer & Administrative Coordinator for all homes, individuals & staff under the assigned area of oversight
- Coordinate the medical needs of the individuals
- Participate in on-call responsibilities based on the needs of the program
Supervision:
- Direct supervision of House Supervisors; role model effective supervision strategies; work with the HS to interview & recommend for hire Direct Support Professionals
- Manage to the ISP to ensure implementation & programming is completed.
- Complete Performance Evaluations for House Supervisors; work with HS to complete Performance Evaluation for Direct Support Professionals
- Screen available candidates, conduct on-site interviews & make recommendations for hiring. Complete post-orientation onboarding including: site-specific orientation; vehicle & driver’s training; Medication Administration & MAR reviews.
- Ensures timely, comprehensive & effective communication to staff to ensure the integrity of all program requirements. Conducts house meetings with assistance from the Program Specialist
- Review and approve timesheets & time off requests for House Supervisors & DSPs
- Review and analyze documentation to ensure compliance.
- Ensure staff working in the home are trained & understand the ISP for all individuals in the home. Complete ISP training for all staff coverage, transfers & staffing changes.
- Complete audits & ensure compliance of health and safety of individuals

Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years experience working directly with individuals with disabilities or Associate's degree (or equivalent) with 4 years experience working directly with individuals with disabilities
- Current PA State Police & Child Abuse clearances; FBI clearance for anyone living outside PA in the past two years
- Valid driver's license and adequate 3-year driving record; maintain adequate vehicle liability insurance
- Knowledge of PA Department of Public Welfare 6400 regulations
