Overview:
Our client is seeking a skilled Field Project Manager to join thier team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, and construction management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee field operations and ensure projects are completed successfully.
Job Summary:
- Manage all aspects of construction.
- Manage submittals, RFIs, ASIs and all design changes and directives.
- Solicit estimates and proposals for all work to be performed, including 3rd party testing, inspections, AHJ (authority having jurisdiction) inspections, Architecture and Engineering inspections.
- Work closely with VP to develop appropriate scopes of work, schedules, budgets.
- Manage documentation and implementation of subcontractors and vendors.
- Aid Superintendent in managing subcontractor and vendor work flows, delivery, execution.
- Prepare schedule updates, budget variations, organizes and archives all inspections.
- Collect all lien waivers, warranties and user manuals.
- Close out all required inspections. Archive project documentation.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in Residential Superintendent or Project Manager position.
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Proficiency in using construction management software
- Strong project coordination skills
- Experience in project scheduling and construction management
- Familiarity with ProCore and Microsoft Suite

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
