We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric populations and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to children with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in pediatric patients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings, incorporating evidence-based practices and tailored to each child's needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to children, utilizing a variety of techniques and modalities to address speech and language goals.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and families to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Stay abreast of current research and best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology, participating in continuing education and professional development activities..

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- State licensure in Texas.
- Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and providing compassionate care to all patients.
