Job Title: Field Agent
Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Lifeline Program Sales Agents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be passionate about delivering top-notch service, and have the ability to upsell products and services to customers. Previous experience in sales is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Report to designated event or daily location and set up tent, chairs, banners, phones, and other equipment
- Sign up customers for free phones and phone service through the Lifeline program
- Complete applications accurately and efficiently
- Set up and activate customers' phones
- Provide assistance and support to customers in using their new devices
- Conduct two follow-up calls or texts to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and customer service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
