The Restaurant Server is a front-line position responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. Servers play a crucial role in taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. They must be knowledgeable about the menu offerings, attentive to customer needs, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Working hours: Mondays 11am - 9pm and Tuesdays & Wednesdays 3 pm-9pm and fill out when needed.

Responsibilities:
Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Escort guests to their tables, provide menus, and assist with seating arrangements.
Take note of any special requests or dietary restrictions.
Order Taking and Upselling: Present the menu to guests and provide recommendations if requested.
Take accurate and detailed food and beverage orders from customers.
Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Suggest additional items, specials, or promotions to enhance the dining experience.
Upsell menu items and beverages to increase sales.
Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation.
Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Monitor tables and promptly remove empty plates, glasses, and utensils.
Refill drinks and attend to any additional requests or needs from guests.
Ensure that guests are satisfied with their meals and address any concerns or issues.
Payment Processing:
Accept payment by cash, credit card, or other approved methods.
Process payments and return change or receipts promptly.
Thank guests for their patronage and invite them to return.
Table Setup and Maintenance: Set up tables.
Ensure tables are clean and presentable before seating guests.
Reset and clean tables efficiently for the next guests.
Assist with general cleaning tasks in the dining area as needed.
Knowledge of Menu and Specials: Familiarize yourself with the menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods.
Stay updated on daily specials, promotions, and any menu changes.
Be able to provide accurate and detailed information to guests when asked.
Requirements:
