**MUST HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING OF CRM'S AND MARKETING AUTOMATION. SALESFORCE OR HUBSPOT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
The HubSpot Sales Specialist plays a vital role on our passionate sales team. In this role, the Specialist will engage with prospective clients, understand their technical requirements, and craft tailored proposals and agreements. Leveraging their experience with HubSpot Agency products, the Specialist will manage our CRM, track project requirements, and keep the sales pipeline flowing smoothly. They will also work closely with referral partners, fostering strong relationships and managing warm leads, while continuously improving our processes and products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage the CRM (HubSpot) to collect and track technical project requirements in detail.
- Ensure regular follow-ups and timely progression of sales deals with a high sense of urgency.
- Attend meetings with the sales team to engage with prospective clients, take notes, and build rapport alongside the Senior Sales Specialist who leads the conversation.
- Manage communication with leads, including calendaring, information gathering, and delivery of sales-related items such as scoping worksheets and agreements.
- Identify agency products based on client needs, and create proposals and agreements accordingly.
- Escalate custom technical requirements to internal subject matter experts (SMEs) via a ticketing system.
- Support referral partners to maintain relationships and intake warm leads (We do not participate in cold outbound or cold-calling sales tactics.)
- Provide suggestions to enhance processes and product offerings.
- Complete non-strategic tasks as assigned by management.
- Invest in personal continued education with the company's support.
Experience and Qualifications Requirements:

- Intermediate level knowledge of Sales processes in an agency environment, agency products and HubSpot required.
- Advanced technical aptitude – ability to efficiently use sales technologies with minimal to no guidance
- Advanced understanding of marketing and sales processes
- Ability to effectively communicate with leads and clients in a professional manner
- Comfortable troubleshooting technology
- Extremely organized
- High attention to detail
- Invested in defining and improving process
Education and/or Experience
2-3 years of sales experience required.
