We are looking for a self motivated person who can work well as a team player in a high volume medical office. The applicant should be flexible with hours, have computer skills, strong customer service, and enjoy working with others. Applicant will not be allowed to smoke on or near company grounds.
Job Duties include:
-Welcoming and greeting all patients and visitors, in person or over the phone
-Answer The phone while maintaining polite and consistent phone manners
-Responsible for keeping reception area clean
-Register new patients, and update existing patient demographics by collecting detailed information
-Facilitates patient flow, by notifying the providers, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff
-Responds to inquiries by patients, prospective patients, and visitors in a courteous manner
-Keeps medical office supplies adequately stocked by anticipating inventory needs, placing orders, and monitoring office equipment
-Protect patient confidentiality, making sure protected health information is secured by not leaving PHI in plain sight and logging off the computer before leaving it unattended'
