The responsibility of the Office Services Coordinator is to keep a structured office system running that provides support to the team and clients. Reporting directly to the Office Manager and owners.
Duties include;
- Compliance filing
- Coordinate Office Communications
- Answer the telephone and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person
- Distribute emails coming into shared email inbox
- Work with Client Concierge to support a successful client experience
- Set up holiday decorations in coordination with Client Concierge
- Coordinate employee birthday lunches
- File maintenance

Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Completion of high school
- College degree or minimum two years college experience (preferred)
- Excellent command of English to be able to speak, read, and write fluently
- Ability to work with co-workers, clients, and advisors clearly, being complete, professional, and timely
- Knowledge of effective communication skills: letter writing, e-mail, and handwriting.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow directions and work with minimum supervision; take ownership of assigned tasks, and think for themselves
- Excellent administrative, time management, and organizational skills
- Able to clear background check and fingerprinting
Proficiency in the use of computer programs for:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with data bases / CRMs (experience with Goldmine desired)
