As we continue to expand our market presence in North America, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales team.
Functional Goal
As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals. you will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and distributors to promote our road marking safety solutions. This is a full-time position that will provide active support, leadership, development, and direction to our team of Regional Sales Managers, customer service and technical field support staff.
The successful candidate will need to work closely and effectively with executive management and other departments of the company, including global team members, to help define, align and execute on the company's monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and strategies.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand market share in the road marking safety industry.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results and foster a culture of trust, teamwork, high performance and accountability.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships with government agencies, contractors, and distributors to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and sales materials to support sales efforts.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for product development and enhancement.
- Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate plans to approach and secure new business for the organization, including expansion into new territories.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and generate leads.
Qualifications & Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the road marking safety industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office and manufacturing environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
