We are looking for a new associate to help at our front end with operations and sales. We sell glass and screen products at our location in Nicholasville, and we also perform installations at local residences and businesses. We need someone to help work the front desk and also provide support with general business operations. Experience in a building materials or construction related field would be nice, but is not a must. Some duties include:
- Create invoices and take payments
- Figure pricing (Basic math proficiency is a must. Need to be able to compute square footage from rough measurements in order to figure pricing).
- Help customers load small glass and screen products into their vehicle
- Schedule appointments
- Order materials
- Help receive and label material orders for pick ups and installations
- Correspond with vendors and customers
- Learn on the go with customer quotes and material orders.
