- Resolve member complaints or issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Balancing a cash drawer, teller work, and/or basic loan knowledge is helpful but not required
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and written communication
