The Assistant Warehouse Manager is a hands-on role, responsible for providing supervisory support in the day-to-day management of our Warehouse operations, facility and staff.

Pay: $28/hr!
What You Will Do
- Maintain an organized, well-kept and safe warehouse.
- Enhance our inventory processes and accuracy; correctly filling customer, in-store orders and requests for merchandise while expediting product movement.
- Provide friendly and efficient service during merchandise pickups.
- Maintain efficient storage and flow of materials while maintaining control of inventory assets.
- Support our service plan ensuring all receiving, storage, order fulfillment, inventory control, logistics and assembly functions meet company, financial and customer service goals.
- Provide training for staff on safe loading and unloading methods and ensure adherence to all safety and accident procedures.
Who You Are
- Minimum of 3 years prior warehouse experience, lead or supervisory role preferred.
- Heavy lifting up to 75 lbs. unassisted.
- Excellent customer service, team and communication skills.
- Experience working with computerized inventory systems.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and reliability.
- Able to read and understand work orders, shipping and receiving paperwork.
- Able to obtain and maintain Fork Lift training and certification as necessary.
- Experience in operation of the various equipment including but not limited to pallet jacks, and hand tools.
- 18 years or older and possess/maintain a valid Driver’s License in the location’s state.
- Able to successfully complete our pre-employment background, physical and drug screenings.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent GED, Associates degree in business, management, or related discipline or equivalent education and experience.
