Opportunities performed on-site at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary.
Some of what you'll do-
Act as a nursing liaison to the interdisciplinary team (IDT)

Use scientific principles and nursing process to coordinate nursing care for assigned clients

Prepare quarterly medication reviews (QMR) and annual comprehensive nursing assessments

Initiate collection and analysis of data

Utilize the INTERACT process and tools

Review provider orders with the provider on a daily basis and as needed

Perform client annual reviews and quarterly assessments

Evaluate, update and accurately document nursing care plans and the individuals response to care/treatment
Who should apply

A valid Washington State License to practice as a registered, professional nurse, and two years of professional nursing experience
