Job Overview:
We are seeking an E-commerce/Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce customer service and Shopify. If you are passionate about customer service and have experience with various tools and platforms, we want to hear from you.
About Us:
Helsi is a women's special occasion apparel brand. Launched in 2021, with over 10 years experience in special occasion market, Helsi can be found in major retailers and over one hundred specialty stores nationwide. We are currently located in Pomona, CA; however we are moving to a new location in Monrovia in June. With the exponential growth of our own e-commerce, we are searching for an E-commerce/Customer Service Specialist to oversee the daily operations of our website.
Responsibilities:
E-commerce Customer Service:
- Ensure ecommerce orders ship in a timely manner
- Assist customers via chat, phone, and email
- Ensure that all preorders ship within specified ship window
- Communicate out of stock items with customers
- Coordinate custom orders with design
- Process returns in returns daily
Website Management (Shopify):
- Meet with Shipping Manager and Operations Manager weekly to plan new arrivals, emails, preorders, sales and promos for the following two weeks
- Change homepage/banners weekly
- Archive old sold out items
- Every Friday check our retailers to price match
- Create promos/discount codes/collections
- Add incoming items to preorder 2 weeks before they arrive
- Update tags once per month
- Update collections once per month
Email Marketing:
- Meet with Operations Manager weekly to plan email marketing
- Coordinate with outside consultant by uploading images in the proper folders for each campaign.
- Create landing pages and send links to the consultant
- Review the campaign test emails to ensure all links are functioning
- Meet with Operations Manager for approval for all emails
Shipping/Inventory:
- Ship Drop Ship/Ecommerce Orders daily
- Receive and restock inventory
- Inventory cycle counts as needed
General Office Duties:
- Answer phones
- Answer emails in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned
- Assist where needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience with customer service
- Minimum 2 years experience with Shopify
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
