Overview:
As a Senior Technical Operations Analyst at HarrisX, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of our syndicated surveys. You will report to the VP of Global Operations and work closely with the production team to manage survey design, fielding, production, and reporting processes. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will be instrumental in maintaining high data quality standards and optimizing survey delivery.
Responsibilities : - Leverage technical and professional experience to prioritize, over everything else, working with the production team to meet delivery, time, budget, and quality targets 100% of the time - Program efficient surveys in Decipher and project manage survey design, fielding, production and reporting - Assist in the production flow and regulate all necessary production tasks within each cycle - Proactively identify potential risks, propose remedies, and implement improvements to the data quality of the survey product and efficiency of delivery - Become a subject matter expert by investigating and answering data and classification related client questions and assisting in all required investigations to ensure immediate and accurate resolution of potential issues identified by our internal teams, partners, or by our clients. - Support Senior Analysts, our product line subject matter experts, on identifying continuous improvement opportunities on all product lines, including data collection, processing and QC, and data delivery - Enthusiasm for learning all cross-functional processes related to Production, including methodologies, SOPs, and best practices - Assist Production efforts on all projects and roadmap initiatives, act as the Production Department’s technical liaison for the company’s Quality, Delivery and Automation Task Forces and interface with team and internal client communication, including Product Leaders, Data Science and Offshore team Qualifications: - You have 2+ years of Decipher programming experience (or similar plaform like Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or ConfirmIT), proven in a fast-paced delivery environment - You have 2+ years experience of working with statistical software packages such as SPSS - You have 2+ years’ experience applying knowledge of applying Python/R in a continuous improvement operations or product role a major plus - You have 3+ years of work experience with data analysis in a media/market research co., preferably in a technology, research or operations department, or similar experience in an academic setting - You have 1-2 years of working experience with statistical software packages such as SPSS - You have experience with XML programming - You are extremely detail oriented, have a strong commitment to timely execution of tasks, and a tenacious willingness to “learn by doing” - You have the ability to work independently and take ownership of obligations. - You are able to perform in a team, use judgment and operate under ambiguity. - You have demonstrated a record of applying technical programming skills in a continuous-improvement or automation environment.
