Description:
The Information Technology Support Specialist will install, upgrade, test, maintain, and repair workstation operating systems, workstation software, business applications, printers and peripheral equipment. Assist the Information Technology Manager in researching, planning, and implementing new technologies to improve member access and staff efficiency.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of job-related experience.

An Associate’s Degree in computer science or Information Technology is preferred but not required.

Strong background in Microsoft applications (MS Office), Microsoft desktop operating systems (Windows 10).

Ability to work effectively in high pressure, stressful situations.
