The Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Biology and Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) in Boston are seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Gynecologic Oncologist to join our growing Hospital-based practice as an Attending Physician. The division of GYN Oncology at BIDMC consists of 4 attending physicians, two midlevel providers, and a team of dedicated nurses and support staff who are committed to inclusivity and quality in the care of a diverse patient population. As a part of a multidisciplinary team of medical and surgical oncologists, radiologists and radiation oncologists, the candidate will provide personalized care, innovative therapeutics, and surgical procedures to optimize patient outcomes. Applicants should have completed a fellowship in GYN Oncology and currently hold or be able to obtain all necessary licensure and certifications prior to start date.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a history of activity and commitment to the academic mission including teaching and leadership in fellow, resident, and medical student education. An academic appointment will be made at the Instructor, Assistant Professor, or Associate Professor level at Harvard Medical School will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

The division of GYN Oncology at BIDMC prioritizes a culture of collaboration and collegiality that emphasizes providing outstanding patient care, dedicated teaching to our trainees and to students from Harvard Medical School, and research excellence. In order to reach patients where they live, we have clinics based in the community, including Plymouth, Chestnut Hill, Milton, Cambridge, and Lexington. The majority of surgery will be performed along with fellows and residents at the main medical center in Boston with access to several community sites within the Beth Israel Lahey Health system to perform various robotic or minimally invasive procedures.
