The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for processing orders, accepting deliveries, and keeping the warehouse organized. Daily responsibilities include physically moving product around the warehouse area to properly maintaining all inventory and receiving records. The Warehouse Clerk is also required to manage any administrative and clerical details necessary to keep the warehouse running smoothly.
Essential Functions:
· Process and pull orders as needed
· Inspect all orders being received, checking for damage, defective parts, and missing items
· Update Inventory Report on a daily basis with receipts and transfers of materials
· Alert warehouse supervisor or management any issues with receiving
· Kit mechanical and electrical parts with minimum supervision
· Restock returns from Production
· Obtain forklift certification and training
· Unload trucks using forklift
· Maintain inventory count accuracy
· Support production shortages and replacement parts
· Maintain a clean warehouse working environment
· Good knowledge of picking sheets and Level 1 BOMs
· Perform accurate daily cycle counts and reports
· Comply at all times with Astrophysics’ security policy, including protecting confidential information, reporting any action that conflicts with that policy, and informing management of any unusual activity or behavior

Prolonged standing and walking in warehouse and on production floor is required on a daily basis. Warehouse and production floor are not temperature controlled and get hot in the summer and cold in the winter. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to very low levels of radiation, which are far below the permissible exposure limits established by the U.S. Federal government.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Required Education and Experience:
· 6 months to 1 year experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
· Working knowledge of components and operations processes
· Strong Vietnamese or Spanish speaking skills a plus
