Restorations by Highmark is seeking a skilled and experienced Drywall Technician. Drywall Technicians are responsible for seamless drywall installation and finishing to deliver high-quality surfaces in construction or restoration projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in drywall installation techniques, proficiency in finishing, and a keen eye for detail to achieve smooth and polished surfaces. This position collaborates with other trades, follows safety protocols, and ensures adherence to project specifications to meet client and Highmark’s expectations effectively.
This role requires a valid driver's license and a clean driving record to pass a motor vehicle screening.
Pay: $25 - $30 per hour
Responsibilities:
Drywall and Paint Technicians complete drywall installations, paints, and stains material both in the shop and at job sites. Perform tasks relating to drywall and painting which include but aren’t limited to:

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of painting and drywall experience with knowledge of both drywall installation techniques and painting methods.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in drywall installation and painting, such as tape measures, utility knives, sanders, paint brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and finishing.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship, with the ability to produce high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record and ability to pass an MVR screening.
- Valid DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain DOT Medical Card.
- Must pass a background check.
