What You'll Do:
Enterprise account executives cultivate client relationships, develop and implement plans to drive revenue growth, generate leads, negotiate contracts, identify prospective clients, and maintain strong client relationships. You will connect our clients with tailored solutions. You will orchestrate the flawless movement of freight across the nation. Your keen eye for detail and knack for problem-solving will shine as you anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions.

Our expectations:
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in 3PL industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across departments.
- Proficient in using technology and software applications relevant to logistics and sales.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced energetic environment.
