Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and will provide administrative and client support to assist with the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and the ability to quickly learn office management software
- Knowledge of basic data entry procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling
