JOB TITLE – Business Analyst
Position Summary:
Position is responsible for conducting data analysis to improve our financial operations and reporting, to help do cost analysis and analysis of weekly and monthly financial reports, to help implement processes and procedures across the company to help ensure operational efficiencies and compliance as well as additional duties as requested. This is not a remote position.
Essential Functions:
- Work collaboratively with accounting team, supply chain and operations to ensure that system data is being input in a proper and timely manner providing input on process improvements, system upgrades, etc. as needed
- Produce financial forecasting models to support senior management in decision making
- Present results of analysis, data models, and other projects to senior management when requested in a concise and professional manner
- Analyze product cost, pricing and margins to ensure that the company is maximizing profitability opportunities
- Work collaboratively with the company organizations to ensure that proper Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Desk Procedures are in place for all jobs within the company as well as helping to audit for adherence as needed
- Develop routine and ad hoc analyses to support business decisions
- Analyze financial reports and KPIs to ensure business related performance is at an optimum with weekly reporting to the Leadership Team
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communications skills, both written and oral
- Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Share Point, etc.)
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic software.
- Ability to build strong, productive relationships with all levels of management, many different functions, and be comfortable and effective working with executive leadership
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills with all levels within an organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented
- Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting
- Well organized with ability to multitask
Minimum Required Experience or Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 3-5 years business experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in manufacturing organizations

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
