Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with special projects for the Operations, Equipment and Fleet Departments
- Create, modify and maintain spreadsheets and documents
- File management
- Project coordination
Required Job Specifications:
- Microsoft Office Suite – Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Must be able to multi-task with high attention to detail, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – follow-through will be key
- Positive attitude with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Computer proficient
- Open and able to learn industry specific terms and processes
- Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed time frames.
- Ability to work independently and problem solve
- Familiarity with Fleetio and/or AS400 a plus
