Clinical Phone Specialist (LPN, CCMA, CMA, RMA)
Job Type: Full-time / Non-Exempt
(Mon-Friday: 4 days from 7:30 a.m.- 5 p.m. One early day scheduled off at 2 pm.)

Under the direct supervision of the Site Manager, the Clinical Phone Specialist functions using a team-based approach as a member of the Integrated Care Team and is the patient’s first line contact with the medical staff when they call with a concern or question.

Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Graduated from an accredited medical assistant or nursing program.
- Current active, in good standing, Medical Assistant certification or LPN licensure in the State of Michigan.
- Possess knowledge of and utilizes nursing principles, practices and protocols.
- Possess good oral communication skills and is able to utilize these skills to appropriately assess patients during limited phone conversations.
- Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Oral and written communication is accurate and professional.
- Passionate to work with the underserved population.
- Proficient computer skills.
