Job Summary:
This is a 1099 Position.
We are seeking reliable and experienced Asphalt Truck Drivers to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations. This position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to operate different types of trucks and equipment.
- Duties:
- MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE MANUAL TRANSMISSION.
- Must have a clean MVR and background.
- MUST HAVE 2 YEARS MINIMAL of TANKER EXPERIENCE.
- Safely operate tankers
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment
- Plan and follow designated routes to ensure timely delivery
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or accidents
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Skills:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven 3 years experience as a Truck Driver or similar role
- Familiarity with , route driving, tractor-trailers, load/unload procedures, delivery driving, tanker operations, dump trucks, roll-off trucks
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
- Excellent time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to handle loading/unloading tasks and long hours on the road
