BASIC PURPOSE:
Primary responsibilities include supporting cross clinical offerings and participate as a SME in collaboration with business development and client management teams focusing on closing new business in Acute facilities and providing clinical expertise to existing clients.
The purpose of the Clinical Specialist is to enhance company growth through the provision of clinical and professional knowledge and support to travelers, client contacts, and in-house employees. The Clinical Specialist RN works in collaboration with Sales Team, Clinical Leaders, IVS, Clinical Managers and Managed Services teams to develop and nurture deeper relationships with health care professionals and client facilities.
Build relationships with key healthcare facility (HCF) stakeholders at IVS accounts to ensure customer satisfaction with CCH services. Participate and drive client presentations with selling Interview Services to existing and prospect clients. The Clinical Specialist RN will maintain maximum productivity, as demonstrated by performance metrics i.e.: Sales presentations, clinical management team support, interview & confirmation stats, in addition they will provide optimal rapport with all client contacts, at all levels throughout the HCF facility.
This position requires substantial knowledge of the healthcare staffing industry and a proven track record of working with multi-disciplinary teams to provide exceptional customer service. The Clinical Specialist RN will be self-motivated, customer service focused, results driven and have a successful history of working collaboratively within an organization.
Company equipment(laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse headset) will be provided directly to you for use during employment.
