The purpose of the Outside Services Attendant position is to provide hands on service with golf bag handling, golf cart staging and member and guest service as required or requested.
- Provide personal service in assisting members and guests for the preparation of beginning their experience for a round of golf, lesson, practice, academy attendance or any other activity.
- Provide the availability of golf carts in the staging areas for use by the golfers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and quality appearance of the golf cart fleet.
- Assist the range attendant by providing ample supply of balls for practice by the members and guests and retrieve balls from the practice area when needed.
- Assist the starter when needed.
- As qualifications indicate, assist in the golf shop with the golf professional staff and the merchandise coordinator as needed.
- Coordinate with bellman and front desk logistical requirements for guests in lodge.
- Assist the golf shop in enforcing the Rules and Regulations of the Club.
- Clean golf clubs for members and guests after play is completed.
- Accompany guests to car and load golf clubs in the vehicle.
- After play, clean member’s carts and replenish sand containers.
- Perform any other duties that may be required by management from time to time.

- Ability to communicate with all levels. Provide guest service and follow instructions.
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail and proper record keeping methods.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and provide various reports on a timely basis.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable of the game of golf
Any combination of education or experience equivalent to the graduation of high school or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform to the position standards. High school diploma required.
EXPERIENCE
Prior experience in hospitality or golf operations desired.
TOOLS, MACHINE AND EQUIPMENT USED
Must be able to operate a golf cart, range picker and ball washer.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Lift up to 50 pounds, bend, run or sprint short distances; stand for extended periods of time, able to withstand exposure to heat, cold and elements of nature.
GROOMING
All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance (specific standards determined by department).
