As a Business Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our company’s growth. Your responsibilities will include nurturing and converting incoming leads, generating new prospects, making impactful sales calls, accurately updating our CRM database, managing the sales process from start to finish, and driving revenue. Additionally, you will be proficient at identifying customer needs and solving problems to ensure a seamless sales experience.

Job Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Generate new revenue by selling services to incoming leads and prospecting new business customers, consistently aiming to exceed sales targets and contributing to company growth.
- Conduct Sales Analysis: Continuously research and analyze sales options, aligning with company strategic and action plans to identify and pursue the best opportunities.
- Manage Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients and prospects through regular and personalized communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Lead Nurturing and Follow-Up: Prepare and send compelling quotes and proposals, diligently following up with potential customers to convert leads into sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide Excellent Customer Support: Address customer questions, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
- Stay Market-Savvy: Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify areas for improvement and recommend new products, pricing strategies, or marketing approaches.
- Leverage Data for Decisions: Collect and analyze sales data to prepare detailed reports, using insights to drive strategic decisions and improve sales performance.
- Engage in Networking and Events: Actively participate in networking events, trade shows, and customer-facing events to build and maintain a strong professional network and promote company services.
- Enhance Sales Processes: Collaborate with the Business Development Team to develop and refine processes that streamline sales activities and improve efficiency.
- Lead Project Management: Oversee business sales projects, coordinating efforts with sales engineers, call center representatives, and installation technicians to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Optimize CRM Utilization: Track all sales activities in the CRM system, utilizing its full potential to manage customer relationships and close sales effectively.
- Collaborate with Team: Actively participate in sales team meetings and other required meetings, sharing insights, strategies, and best practices to enhance team performance.
- Travel for Business: Be prepared to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Adapt and Perform Additional Duties: Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the team’s overall success and flexibility.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful sales experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency with CRM software and data analysis.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
