Contract HRIS Admin – 100% Remote
Our industry leading client is seeking a temporary HRIS Admin to administer BAU HRIS activities while the company replaces Dayforce with Workday. Responsible for day-to-day Dayforce transactions, troubleshooting issues, user support, basic reporting, and ad hoc requests.
Responsibilities:
- Administration of day-to-day Dayforce and HR transactions including hires, terminations, compensation changes, schedule changes, direct deposit changes, and other system maintenance.
- Monitor exit interview responses and escalate accordingly.
- Regularly monitor the HRIS inbox, respond to inquiries, requests, or issues from associates. Provider Dayforce user support. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders when necessary.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of data within Dayforce. Conduct biweekly HRIS audit, verify information, and address any discrepancies.
- Support front-end of payroll administration (Finance owns Payroll). Conduct bi-weekly timecard audit.
- Generate weekly new hire and all staff reporting. Distribute to relevant stakeholders. Generate other ad hoc reporting as needed.
- Audit new hire annual acknowledgement and learning plan compliance.
- Verify unemployment claims.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to hit the ground running and work independently
- Prior HRIS experience
Compensation:
$32-37/hr depending on experience
Target start date: ASAP
Projected duration of assignment: 9-12 months
