The Product Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support for assigned projects.
You will make an impact in this role by:

Being a highly motivated team player who can work as a liaison between customers, sales, product managers and customer service.

Managing projects and resolve company/customer related technical issues.

Updating distributors and Reginal Sales Managers on product line changes.

Maintaining price lists and literature.
-
Preparing price quotations.

Researching and completing analysis on new markets and new product releases
-
Working within the organization and interact with Product Managers, Sales, Engineering, Purchasing and Manufacturing.

Travel 10% to 40%.
Requirements:
To be considered for the Product Support Specialist role, you must have the following minimum qualifications:

Two (2) year technical degree required; 4-year technical degree preferred.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software.

SAP experience is a plus.
