We are looking for a motivated individual with sales experience to join our highly experienced staff to accelerate the company's growth in our local Dallas, TX showroom. Sparks is built on teamwork and you will be joining an amazing team; utilizing extremely efficient systems.
The primary responsibility of the Sales Specialist is to grow Sparks Fitness revenue in fitness equipment sales while listening to our customers needs and helping them achieve their desired goal.

Responsibilities
- Providing product demonstrations to clients
- deep understanding of the features, benefits, and applications of the specific products or services we offer
- Updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
- engage with customers to understand their needs, identify pain points, and determine how the specialized product or service can address those requirements.
- Provide personalized recommendations and solutions, highlighting the unique advantages of their offering.
- Delivering compelling sales presentations and demonstrations tailored to the specific product or service and showcasing its functionality, performance, and benefits, using persuasive techniques to influence buying decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in their specialized domain. Act as trusted advisors, offering expertise and support throughout the sales process. By fostering long-term relationships, you increase customer loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Sales Specialists collaborate with sales teams and provide support by offering product knowledge, technical assistance, and guidance during complex sales cycles. They work closely with sales managers and representatives to address customer inquiries and objections effectively.
- monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback related to their specialized product or service. They gather insights to identify opportunities, refine sales strategies, and provide input for product development and enhancement.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for sales teams or customers to enhance their understanding of the specialized product or service. They ensure that sales personnel are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell the offering.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets specific to their specialized product or service. They develop and implement sales plans, monitor progress, and take proactive measures to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
- Ensure the store fulfills all legal health and safety guidelines

Pay: $75,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
